Compared with per-person tools

What would you save?

Many document tools charge for every person who uses them. Docable is one price for your whole org. Put in your team and the per-person price on your current quote to compare.

At that price, Docable's one price for your whole org costs less from 16 people. It stays the same as the team grows.

Ten questions to ask any document tool. Salesforce licences and Salesforce AI usage are separate in both cases. Sandboxes, bulk generation and AI template building are already in Docable's price.

How the price is counted

One thing is counted.

Paid separately, to Salesforce or the provider you choose

  • Salesforce licences and editions
  • Salesforce AI and hosted MCP usage
  • Org storage, and any storage provider you connect

Docable works without the AI features. Pay monthly, or a year upfront at ten months’ price: the same everything either way.

Questions.

Could 300 people really use it for the same price?

Yes. The price is per production Salesforce org. It does not change with the number of people who author, approve or generate documents.

Is bulk generation, AI or the field service capability an extra?

No. Bulk generation, schedules, AI template building, Brand Kits, the Field Service mobile journey, storage destinations and every other feature are in the one price. Salesforce charges separately for its own AI usage.

Is there a per-user or per-document fee?

Docable charges neither. One subscription per production Salesforce org covers any number of people and any number of documents, within the Salesforce platform limits that apply to every org.

How is it billed?

Per production Salesforce org: £399 or US$499 a month, or £3,990 or US$4,990 for a year paid upfront, in pounds or in US dollars, whichever currency you prefer, wherever you are. There is one price for everything.

What does a year upfront cost?

Ten months' price for twelve: £3,990 in pounds or US$4,990 in US dollars, paid at the start of the year. Against twelve monthly payments that is £798 or US$998 less.

Does the price follow the exchange rate?

No. Each price is set in its own currency and reviewed by us quarterly. It is never changed automatically by an exchange rate.

Which currency do I pay in?

Pounds or US dollars, whichever you prefer, wherever your business is. The two prices are set separately, not converted from each other.

Can I bring my existing templates?

Yes: import a Word file in Salesforce with no AI, or have Claude, through Docable's MCP server, rebuild templates from another tool, Word mail merge, a PDF or a picture; simple templates take minutes. You then prove them, and approve them if you use approval.

Do sandboxes cost extra?

No. The subscription is for one production Salesforce org, and every sandbox of that org is included: build and prove templates in a sandbox, then move them to production at no extra charge.

What does Salesforce charge separately?

Your Salesforce licences and edition, any Salesforce AI (Einstein) entitlement and consumption you use for authoring, and, if you use Claude through Docable's MCP server (hosted in Salesforce), Salesforce's own usage billing and API request allowance. Docable works without the AI features.
