A landlord gas safety record (CP12-style, Great Britain) on a Work Order, with the content regulation 36 of the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998 lists, in its own layout and with no Gas Safe logo: a title panel with the record number, check date, next check due and an overall badge (all appliances safe, or an unsafe appliance found); the landlord or agent, the property and tenant, and the engineer with the registration and ID card numbers (asked); each appliance with its picture, the checks and a safe-to-use badge; photos from the check (only when there are some); the installation checks answered on the phone, each as a pass or fail badge; the unsafe appliances and the action taken (only when there are some); the declaration and the engineer's and landlord's or tenant's signatures from the Field Service app; and the tenant copy date.
