An estimate (or fixed quotation) on a Work Order: a title panel with the reference, date, valid-until date, author and the total; the customer, site and contact; what was found, with the before photos (only when there are some); labour lines and parts lines with a picture of each part; optional extras kept out of the total; the price with the tax label from the Brand Kit, the tax rate and basis asked, the total in words and a deposit (only when asked); the estimated working time and assumptions; and an acceptance block with Accept and Decline tick boxes, an order number field and the customer's signature from the Field Service app.
